This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service. Please note that all deposits, payments for all services and or trainings are non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in cash, Apple Pay, or Zelle. RESCHEDULING: We kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice prior to your appointment for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we allow one-time rescheduling. However, for any additional rescheduling or notices provided under 72 hours, a fee equivalent to 50% of the service price will be charged. Please note that we cannot postpone the appointments. Clients must already have a new schedule date and must inform us of the new date before end of day 5:00PM. NO SHOWS OR SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment or provide same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service price. To reschedule, clients are required to submit a new deposit or make a payment of 50% of the service fee in advance. LATE POLICY: In order to honor our commitment to punctuality and accommodate all clients effectively, we may need to reschedule appointments for clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late. Please inform us via text at (484) 437-3944 if you anticipate being late. While we will make every effort to accommodate you, if we are unable to do so and need to cancel your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded, and a new deposit will be required for rebooking. NEW CLIENTS WITH PREVIOUS WORK: If you have had previous brow work done by another artist, please text a picture of your brows to (484) 437-3944 before scheduling your appointment. RESTRICTIONS / CONTRADICTIONS * Under 18 years old * Pregnant or breastfeeding * Keloid/ Eczema on the treated area * Allergies to topicals anesthetic * Accutane in the past year * Transmittable blood disease * Chemical peel in the last month * Auto-immune disorder * Botox near brow working 4weeks * Diabetes (Doctors note required) * Lip filler in the last 4 weeks (applies to lip tattoos only) * Cold sores or sunburned lips (applies to lip tattoos only) * Epilepsy * Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system / healing would make you NOT a good candidate for micropigmentation procedures. POLICY * Must be 18 years or older * Healed results vary between clients based on skin type, bone structure, health, lifestyle and amount of existing hair. * This is a “low” maintenance treatment not a “no” maintenance treatment. A 6-month and a 12-month touch-up are recommended for optimal results. These touch-ups are charged according to amount of time elapsed since the original session. Please note the following important information regarding our two-step process for optimal results: 1. INITIAL SESSION AND PERFECTING SESSION: Our procedure typically involves two steps: an initial session followed by a perfecting session. While some clients may experience excellent pigment acceptance and beautiful healing without a touch-up, it is a requirement for all clients to return for a second session. In rare cases, a third session may be necessary to achieve the desired look. 2. BOOKING YOUR PERFECTING SESSION: The perfecting session is a separate fee and is not included in the initial session cost. Due to the unpredictable nature of results, we highly recommend booking your 4-8 week touch-up session on the same day you schedule your initial appointment. It is your responsibility to ensure the booking of this session, as it is essential for achieving the best possible outcome. Failure to book within the recommended 8 week period will result in an additional $100 fee. 3. DEPOSIT POLICY: Please be aware that all deposits made are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling- We respectfully request a 72 hours notice (3 days) prior to your appointment for any cancellation or rescheduling. Any notice under 72 hours clients will be charged 50% of the service price. A new deposit is required to rebook.
No shows or same day cancellation - Clients will be charge 50% of the service price. To rebook, clients is required to submit a new deposit or pay 50% of the service fee in advance.
Late policy - Due to our scheduling commitments, we may need to reschedule clients that are more than 10 minutes late.
